Important Information
You must be 18+ years old (We follow the rules of the New York Health Department)
Pets, guests or kids are not allowed. (The artist needs a calm environment to concentrate and achieve the best results.)
We will not carry out the procedure if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit. A new appointment can be scheduled with a new deposit in accordance with our current booking policy.
Access to the salon is available by reservation only.
Permanent makeup procedure usually involves a touch-up (within 1-3 months). Sometimes a third touch-up is needed (usually for dark lip neutralization). The cost is $220 (within 1-3 months). Touch up for dark lips neutralization is $249 (within 1.5-3 months).
The procedure must be paid in full after 24 months without touch ups.
Touch-up appointments are only available for individuals who have completed their initial procedure in our studio.
Our studio does not offer refunds. In the event of a no-show, deposits will not be refunded.
Late Arrival – Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be charged a $75 late fee or have their appointment canceled at the studio’s discretion. In the event of cancellation due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
You can get only one type of promotion or discount. You cannot combine multiple promotions or discounts during the same visit.
Permanent makeup results are not guaranteed and Annyko Studio has no control over what occurs during the healing process. It is impossible to predict the exact outcome of the procedure/results. Pigment implantation works differently on each individual. It is normal for different clients to have different results.
You will have the final result only after your touch up. Touch up is highly recommended.

The Intake Form is mandatory. Failure to complete the Intake Form before your appointment, arriving with a contraindication listed in the Intake Form, or failure to follow the required pre-care instructions may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
These policies apply to all visits and touch-up appointments.
IMPORTANT: INTAKE FORM REQUIREMENT
Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your required Intake Form.
The Intake Form includes important health questions, contraindications, pre-care instructions, aftercare instructions, studio policies, and consent forms. It is your responsibility to carefully review and complete all required information before your appointment.
Failure to complete the Intake Form prior to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
If you arrive for your appointment with a contraindication listed in the Intake Form, or if you have not followed the required pre-care/aftercare instructions, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please review all information carefully to ensure you are eligible and properly prepared for your procedure.
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
By booking an appointment with Annyko Studio, you acknowledge and agree that all deposits, service payments, fees, and charges are final and non-refundable as outlined in our studio policies.
You further acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, claim, or reversal for any deposit, service, fee, or charge that was paid in accordance with the policies you accepted at the time of booking.
Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.
RESCHEDULING LIMIT
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three (3) times while transferring the original deposit in accordance with the studio’s rescheduling policy.
Beginning with the fourth (4th) reschedule, an additional $100 deposit will be required for each new appointment date.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling.
No exceptions.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Annyko Studio, we reserve dedicated appointment time specifically for each client. We respectfully ask that you value our time just as we value yours. Once your appointment is booked, that time is no longer available to other clients. For this reason, the following policies apply to all appointments without exception.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required for each service booked. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your procedure.
CANCELLATIONS
More Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you choose to cancel your appointment more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
The remaining 50% ($100 per service booked) is non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, family emergencies, illness, medical issues, travel delays, flight cancellations, work conflicts, scheduling conflicts, forgetting the appointment, failure to read our policies, failure to read pre-care instructions, failure to read aftercare instructions, contraindications disclosed in intake forms, traffic delays, inability to find parking, transportation issues, family matters, personal matters, unexpected events, tragedies, or any other circumstance.
No exceptions.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your entire $200 deposit per service booked will be forfeited.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, family emergencies, illness, medical issues, travel delays, flight cancellations, work conflicts, scheduling conflicts, forgetting the appointment, failure to read our policies, failure to read pre-care instructions, failure to read aftercare instructions, contraindications disclosed in intake forms, traffic delays, inability to find parking, transportation issues, family matters, personal matters, unexpected events, tragedies, or any other circumstance.
No exceptions.
If you wish to book a new appointment after cancelling less than 72 hours before your appointment, a new booking and a new deposit will be required.
RESCHEDULING
More Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment
Appointments may be rescheduled more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, your existing deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your original $200 deposit will be forfeited.
To secure a new appointment, an additional $100 rescheduling deposit will be required.
Because our artists reserve dedicated time specifically for you and organize their schedules in advance, last-minute changes create appointment openings that often cannot be filled.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, family emergencies, illness, medical issues, travel delays, flight cancellations, work conflicts, scheduling conflicts, forgetting the appointment, failure to read our policies, failure to read pre-care instructions, failure to read aftercare instructions, contraindications disclosed in intake forms, traffic delays, inability to find parking, transportation issues, family matters, personal matters, unexpected events, tragedies, or any other circumstance.
No exceptions.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, the entire $200 deposit per service booked will be forfeited.
This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, family emergencies, illness, medical issues, travel delays, flight cancellations, work conflicts, scheduling conflicts, forgetting the appointment, failure to read our policies, failure to read pre-care instructions, failure to read aftercare instructions, contraindications disclosed in intake forms, traffic delays, inability to find parking, transportation issues, family matters, personal matters, unexpected events, tragedies, or any other circumstance.
No exceptions.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

These policies apply regardless of the reason for the delay, including but not limited to traffic, weather, illness, emergencies, transportation issues, flight delays, parking difficulties, family matters, personal matters, or any other circumstance.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
By booking an appointment with Annyko Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy.

PAYMENT & FEES
There are no refunds on work done at Annyko Studio. No exceptions.
Taxes are not included in the cost of the procedure.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
All services are non-refundable. A $200 deposit is required for each service booked and will be applied toward your balance on the day of the procedure. Please read our Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit if you arrive for your procedure with a contraindication that was not disclosed on your Intake Form. In such cases, the $200 deposit per service will be forfeited.
These policies apply to all visits and touch-up appointments.
Lash Lift:
The duration of eyelash extensions varies individually. We cannot guarantee the exact duration of wear for the lashes.
It depends on many factors, including post-care, climate changes, tear production, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, oily eyelids, antibiotic usage, and the application of oils. Additionally, it is important not to rub or touch your eyes frequently.
In the rare and atypical case where a significant portion of the lashes (80%) falls off within one to five days, you will need to come to our studio for a consultation and for the technician to replace the fallen lashes.
The same factors mentioned above also affect the duration of lash lifting. If the curl disappears within the first three days after the procedure, we are ready to provide you with a consultation at our studio and perform a correction.
Our studio does not offer refunds, but we are always ready to provide a correction if the described situation occurs.
Neither the deposit nor the full payment for the procedure is refundable under any circumstances and without exceptions.
